Laser and Light Therapy
Photonic Stimulator as a Laser or Light Therapy
Laser Therapy or “photobiomodulation” is the use of specific wavelengths of light (red and near infrared) to create therapeutic effects. These effects include improved healing time, pain reduction, increased circulation, and decreased swelling.
Infra Red light has been used for years to treat soft tissue injuries, relieve pain, promote wound healing, and as therapy for arthritic conditions. The device emits infrared light, or light which is given off at a lower spectrum than the human eye can see, and penetrates through the skin. The photons, which are the smallest particles of light, target the circulatory system, where they stimulate blood flow and promote cellular function. The benefits of infrared light have proven to speed up traditional healing times by increasing the energy output of each cell within the tissue. This modality was created based on the same principles of low-level laser devices. The greatest benefit of the photonic stimulator is that the technique is non-invasive, does not use messy creams, and will not potentially burn or damage tissues.
K-4 Laser
K-4 Laser is a new class of laser therapy with deeper penetrating power. Our treatments are non-invasive, painless, safe and effective. Numerous studies show that laser therapy can help with: fibromyalgia, arthritis, shoulder pain, back pain, knee pain, carpal tunnel, sports injuries, auto related injuries, work related injuries.
Has effectiveness been demonstrated scientifically? Yes. There are thousands of published studies demonstrating the clinical effectiveness of laser therapy. Among these, there are more than one hundred rigorously controlled, scientific studies that document the effectiveness of laser for many clinical conditions.
