Photonic Stimulator as a Laser or Light Therapy
Laser Therapy or “photobiomodulation” is the use of specific wavelengths of light (red and near infrared) to create therapeutic effects. These effects include improved healing time, pain reduction, increased circulation, and decreased swelling.
Infra Red light has been used for years to treat soft tissue injuries, relieve pain, promote wound healing, and as therapy for arthritic conditions. The device emits infrared light, or light which is given off at a lower spectrum than the human eye can see, and penetrates through the skin. This modality was created based on the same principles of low-level laser devices.
